We undertook a comprehensive renovation of a charming coastal cottage in Fittie, transforming it into a modern yet character-filled home.

The project began with a full structural assessment, followed by the removal of outdated fixtures and finishes to make way for a fresh start.

We restored the original stone walls and timber beams to preserve the property’s historic charm while incorporating contemporary features like underfloor heating and energy-efficient windows.

To ensure year-round comfort, we installed high-performance insulation throughout the property, significantly improving energy efficiency without compromising the character of the home.

The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redesigned with bespoke cabinetry, high-end appliances, and stylish finishes that complement the cottage’s coastal setting.
